“…Amir returns to continue his treatment with a urine flow issue that he experienced awhile back. Definite progress has been and he notices his increased stamina as well as increased "rigidity" in his penis. However, he still is encountering a few issues regarding his urine flow so it is my intent to address both of his issues during this exam and therapeutic session. To begin the session, I suggest to Amir that he should remove all of his clothing and then to make himself comfortable on the exam table.
All it took was a cursory examination of his penis and Amir becomes fully erect. As he mention earlier, he has issues with rigidity and his penis is extremely firm and sticking straight up. I continue his genital exam while he is standing at the end of the table before I direct to return once again to the exam table onto a resting position on elbows and knees.
With Amir, I began a gradual stimulation. First, one well lubricated finger is eased into his anus ... then a second. When his prostate is sufficiently aroused, I withdrew my fingers and replaced it with my thumb. This allows me to both massage his prostate and my fingers can arouse the perineum.
